Hailing from Southern California, Jim has over 40 years of international business experience, generating over $14 billion in sales of commercial jet aircraft worldwide.  During his time in aviation, he lived in London and Hong Kong.   His background in economics and sales brings a unique perspective to both property owners and business owners seeking representation. His knowledge of contracts, marketing and financial acumen, as well as superlative interpersonal skills ensures a solid advantage no matter what side of the table you are on.

These skills mean that Jim gives business owners an advantage when they work with him because he understands the financial and logistical concerns of many industries, and helps his clients find the best possible fit for their unique needs.

His specialization in industrial commercial real estate in the Conejo Valley for over a decade fits perfectly with his background in business-to-business transactions. He represents building owners for sales and leasing as well as buyers and tenants. He has been responsible for sales and leasing valued in the millions of dollars.

A graduate of California State University Long Beach with a B.A. in Economics and emphasis in Mathematics, Jim has lived in Westlake Village for 20 years with his wife of 40 years. He currently holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association.

 He enjoys spending time with his three adult children and four grandchildren, as well as traveling, reading, and playing golf. You will often find him dining in his favorite local restaurant with his family and friends.
