Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services is a privately held, Southern California- based commercial real estate firm that has been providing superior value added services to its clients since 1969. Founded by Rick Principe, the firm has focused on providing strategic property solutions to our diverse clientele that has gone beyond traditional real estate brokerage. Westcord has spent decades of creating and fostering our entrepreneurial and innovative culture to serve our clients to the highest level. Westcord is a regional, entrepreneurial firm where our people are our greatest asset.
