Brendan was born and raised in Southern California, growing up in Laguna Niguel and attending University of San Diego for college.  Brendan at University of San Diego got his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance.  Before joining the team, he worked as a sales and leasing intern at Pacific Coast Commercial in San Diego and as an assistant at First Team Real Estate in Huntington Beach.  He currently resides in West LA and likes to play tennis & pickleball in his free time away from the office.

Brendan has been a part of the team at Westcord since 2020 and has transacted on over 20 million dollars in Sales and Leasing transactions.  Brendan focuses on Landlord & Tenant Representations throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County.  He currently Landlord represents over 350K sq. ft. of Office, Medical, Industrial, and Retail real estate throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
